Yoga Therapy Teacher Training
200 hrs Yoga Alliance

MAY 2024 – MAY 2025

Fully accredited training with a pulse –

Training with a foundation strong in breath work.  Most Yoga Trainings still focus on Asana or physical practices… we will still be doing this… however the blend is unique, undiluted and from direct lineage.

We have 11 “in-Person” sessions over the year, which includes exams. Running 2 days per month Thursday afternoon online and Friday in person, with Thursday being a half day or 4 hrs online, allowing for recorded material pertaining to Anatomy, Ayurveda and guest lecturers from Canada and the US. In this foundation in Hatha Yoga Therapy, we hope that not taking up a full weekend is more appropriate for you, so that we can keep some weekend for ourselves!!

A fusion of Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga, Pranayama and a very detailed and in depth study of breathing practices for a more personal and “one to one” or individualistic approach to each of our unique systems. Philosophy, Neuro-science, Ayurveda and how to apply the knowledge of this lifestyle to common disorders through the wisdom of these teachings.  We are never a “one remedy fits all” and we never will be. Learn how to see each individual through these eyes, where the entire course allows us to understand how to be a great yoga teacher and knowledge to be more prescriptive with an ancient and all encompassing system. We have guest lecturers throughout the course who are at the very top of their field in the key areas listed in our modules they will be with us on this journey as we grow together.

“Over my own 30 years in therapy work and 25 years as a Yoga student and then a teacher I have taken the most valuable parts of my experiences and learning and my love of the breath to bring you this beautiful learning journey with me.  The Guest teachers have been major influencers on my path and have made a huge impact on my learning and growth. I bring them in to do the same for you.”
– Siobhan
