It is very easy to lose the balance in self-care, especially when we are in a caring role with others. This workshop has both practical sessions and theory sessions to empower you to be more resilient and shed the load of all your stress and fatigue. Bring back a feeling of calm and balance.

Session 1 : We will start with empowering connection work, to the breath. Slowing down and bringing our nervous system and heart rate under our control. Using prescribed methods of Breath to Balance - Mantra - Asana and Deep Relaxation.

Session 2 : A theory session on self care - tools to make you more resilient and less fatigued and to bolster you up with great and very effective daily game changers.

Session 3: Tratak and Omkara - an ancient cleansing technique to clear old memories and thoughts from the mind - whatever comes up - it is good to then release it and let it go - it is empowering - freeing and makes us feel lighter emotionally.

Working from where you are right now - and walking away feeling energised and empowered.
