“I have been attending yoga classes at Prana for Life for some time now Siobhan is a wonderful teacher, she takes time to explain & demonstrate the poses & also explains the benefits of them & the theory behind them. The maximum of 5 in a class makes it like a one to one situation. I thoroughly enjoy my classes & look forward to them.”
