It is very easy to lose the balance in self-care. This workshop has practical sessions and theory to empower you to be resilient to your stress and fatigue. Bring back a feeling of calm and balance.
Session 1 : Slowing down and bringing our nervous system under our control. methods of Breath to Balance - Mantra - Asana and Deep Relaxation.
Mid morning break : Ayurvedic teas and snacks
Session 2 : theory on self care - tools to make you more resilient and less fatigued. Diagnosing your own system. The Ayurvedic diet for you!
Lunch :- Ayurvedic food that supports your digestion and leaves you feeling full and yet light !!
Session 3: Tratak, Nidra and Om - an ancient cleansing technique to clear and reset mind- deeply healing your body and soul purpose.

1-2-1 Sessions with Siobhan can be arranged during the week online or in person . These can be arranged for corporate group sessions within the UK. Siobhan is also open to taking Breath work workshops outside of the UK.
The sessions are invaluable for groups as part of wellness and stress management. You can come me or I can also arrange to come to you!
Educational talks can also be provided for company’s wishing wellness education for their staff wellness programme.
