As someone who has had to work really hard over decades, through many of my own obstacles and hardship to get to how comfortable I feel in myself today - I take YOUR wellbeing seriously.
I believe there are so many daily patterns we have that look fine on the outside, but may be the cause of your discomforts on the inside.
I have worked with the best Institutes and researchers in the field of Ayurveda its associated neuro boosting Therapies. I know how to read the body and I know how to get you back to feeling like a new human you again - a little trust in my work will give you tools that will stand you in good stead for the rest of your life - this is not a temporary fix - this is making changes that last a lifetime.
The tools I use are steeped in Ayurvedic traditions and adapted but never diluted for modern living and re-setting the system.
Vital to change, is Movement, Inner Fire work, Digestion and Breath Pattern , which in my opinion is absolutely mandatory to transformation and we do all of this together, from a base to build a strong, more resilient nervous system.

We talk about your needs, your goals and your vision of where you would really like to be and find what or who is holding you back - to give you a daily practice and routine to keep you balanced. That helps you detach from the obstacles and enables you to cope with them better.
