Techniques used are from an age old lineage, spanning a century of research and so the quality of the Yoga on this retreat is more specific to our needs than generalised, more impactful and lasting and with holding a space we can unravel from the stresses our body carries on a daily basis.

The afternoon talks are directly from Ayurvedic self care principles and tools to take away with you for a more beneficial way of life, the way we look at lifestyle is very unique compared to the western culture and very well taught to make it easy to understand and follow.

The whole experience should have you feeling your wellbeing , body and mind, have been enhanced and you feel much released from the stresses and strain of modern day living. In these surroundings alone you feel uplifted and free.

Siobhan shares all her wisdom in her teachings and makes the retreats accessible for beginners and advanced Yoga practitioners alike.
