Pranayama online CPD Course 2024

This course steps you through Preparations, The Sat Kriya and the traditional eight Pranayama and into Pratyahara and Meditation. It will be run one Tuesday evening per month for 2.5 hours and over 12 sessions. This gives the student time to grasp each practice and work with it as a stand alone practice, time to learn its techniques and salient features, each of its benefits for health and wellbeing for both the spiritual and physical aspirant, we have key focus areas and progression. These will be part of the course. By the end you will have a thorough understanding and confidence in the deeper layers of the 4th and 5th limb of Yoga.

This is a journey, like the Hatha Pradikipa states where we tame the breath like a lion….slowly! Each month we add, until we have a practice that will stay with us and last a lifetime.

The practices that are being taught come directly from a 100 year old lineage of the science and approach to breath work that has the approach and formula right and consistently changes people’s lives for the better!!

Dates for this 30 hours course:

Tuesdays as follows: 7:00 pm- 9:30pm

26th March, 23rd April, 21st May, 18th June, 20th August, 17th September (option to join retreat in Loch Lomond 6th-8th September), 22nd October, 19th November, 17th December 2024….. 21st January, 18th February and 18th March 2025.

Venue: This class is online via Zoom and will be recorded in order for the student to go back and revise each lesson.

Investment: Early Bird pay in full fee £495.00. After 15th March 2024 £650.

Paying monthly: £69 p/m = £690.00.
