Breath Code - Facilitator and Lifestyle Course - 3 day Retreat Course

This course is for anyone wishing to change how they live and feel in themselves and or use these tools to treat others!!

This course steps you through Preparations, to set up the mechanics of correct breathing using the pelvic diaphragm and other key organs, something most other breath work completely misses out on and why we often try and do not feel much of a change. It will in essence get you to feel that change very quickly and encourage you to want to keep it going. It will be run as a course as this gives an immersion and enough for the student to grasp each practice and work with it as a stand alone practice, time to learn its techniques and salient features, each of its benefits for health and wellbeing for both the spiritual and physical benefits, we have key focus areas and progression. These will be part of the course. By the end you will have a thorough understanding and confidence in the deeper layers of Yoga Therapy.

This is a journey, like ancient wisdom states is where we tame the breath and mind like a lion….slowly! Each step we add, builds a practice that will stay with us and last a lifetime. The Ayurveda taught on this course then adds to what will enhance the benefits even more as we look at diet and food groups and tastes from a wholly Eastern perspective as food is a medicine. Therefore the food we eat must be different for each condition we look at. The anxiety based diet is very different from the autoimmune diet or the heart condition diet. We look at these aspects to get you to see the way we approach a lifestyle as on a whole other level.

The practices that are being taught come directly from a 100 year old lineage of the science and approach to breath work , Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy that has the approach and formula right and consistently transforms people’s lives for the better!!

The formulas facilitate and give real time structure to allow us to teach beginners how to fully connect to and access their own breathing. Enhance and change their lifestyle habits and how they live a much more joyful life.
