Testimonials

Some testimonials from my students ......

From my "week for a new routine" ... summer session online 2020

"
The week of early morning yoga asanas and Pranayama led by Siobhan has given me a new impetus and structure to deal with the everyday stresses and strains of life both physical and mental. Her supportive and clear instructions which explained how these help nourish our bodies and minds made the whole experience fantastic. I would like to thank her for this gift of finding peace in these strange times"

Aileen

“Practicing with Siobhan was my first introduction to pranayama and I’ve found it has completely changed my day-to-day life and my routines.
I recently participated in a weeklong workshop run by Siobhan focusing on morning and evening pranayama and yoga practices. As someone who loathes getting up early, I thought I was going to find it a real struggle, but I absolutely loved the clarity of mind it gave me throughout the day and I was more able to focus and deal with the ups and downs of the day with ease.
As someone without much background to yoga beyond a physical practice, Siobhan’s sessions were accessible and most importantly easy to implement in my life. Siobhan gives clear and beginner-friendly instructions that introduce you to the science and history behind the practice - I would definitely recommend joining one of her sessions for anyone looking for a deeper sense of calm, peace and joy in their daily lives.”

Siobhan has been my teacher for the last week meeting every morning and evening for Hatha Yoga and Pranayama, Yoga Nidra and chanting.  I started the week feeling a bit off balance and by the end of the week I felt completely grounded, calm and joyful.  siobhan is a wonderful teacher and shares her knowledge of Ayurveda system and Pranayama with passion and enthusiasm.

From my Indian Head Massage Course

I thoroughly enjoyed Siobhan's Indian Head Massage Course. It's been one of those ones that's kept on giving and really inspired me to continue learning more about Ayurveda and the benefits of regular massage. I have no formal massage training so was a little unsure if I'd be able to pick everything up over the two-day training. I'm delighted to say that with Siobhan's demonstrations, practical instruction and expert guidance I have. When I came to practise and work on my case studies after the course I felt confident about the massage sequence, what I'd learned and how to work with clients. I'm really looking forward to sharing what I've studied here with others now, helping them feel better and improve their overall sense of wellbeing. Thank you so much Siobhan for providing such a wonderful experience on this course, I loved every minute.

Thank you to Siobhan for the most amazing course in Indian Head Massage. Her patience and knowledge knows no bounds. She equips you with the skills and confidence to move ahead with your own practise. 10/10 for delivery, course content and written notes. A most enjoyable and worthwhile course.

From having had a massage with me!

Undoubtedly the best massage experience ever! Siobhan’s knowledge and understanding of the body puts you at ease from the outset. The oils are so nourishing and beautiful on the skin and the therapeutic after results of the massage is like no other! My body felt more flexible and fluid. The nagging back pain I had suffered for months was relieved. I am so grateful to find such an experienced, knowledgeable and caring massage practitioner.

This Teacher training in YOGA PRANAYAMA 200 HOURS Yoga Alliance will commence in August 15th and 16th 2022.

It will be the first of its kind in the UK.  Most Yoga Trainings still focus on Asana or physical practices.....we will still be doing this ..... however the blend is more unique.  A fusion of Hatha Yoga Therapy, Pranayama.....and a very detailed and in depth study of breathing practices for all modern disease, Philosophy , Neuro-science, Ayurveda and how to treat and diagnose Dosha through these teachings.  We have guest lecturers throughout the course who are at the very top of their field in the key areas listed in our modules they will be with us on this journey as we grow together.

We will be basing the course in a beautiful dedicated Yoga space in Our World Yoga Glasgow's West end.....  lectures included will be from experts in their own field of Neuroscience, Eastern religion, Ayurvedic physicians and Breath masters who live in opposite sides of the world.  This way we can unite everything and grow together a beautiful and very unique programme. Lectures that happen online will be recorded so they may be watched again.  All materials will be available for the lifetimes of the course and can be downloaded and saved. Journals, Handbooks and presentations will be sent direct to the student.
