Siobhan has been my teacher for the last week meeting every morning and evening for Hatha Yoga and Pranayama, Yoga Nidra and chanting. From my Indian Head Massage Course
I thoroughly enjoyed Siobhan's Indian Head Massage Course. It's been one of those ones that's kept on giving and really inspired me to continue learning more about Ayurveda and the benefits of regular massage. I have no formal massage training so was a little unsure if I'd be able to pick everything up over the two-day training. I'm delighted to say that with Siobhan's demonstrations, practical instruction and expert guidance I have. When I came to practise and work on my case studies after the course I felt confident about the massage sequence, what I'd learned and how to work with clients. I'm really looking forward to sharing what I've studied here with others now, helping them feel better and improve their overall sense of wellbeing.
