Sadly our summer schedule for workshops and a few dates have now be cancelled but Autumn sessions will be added over the coming weeks!! This is what I do have: Merchant City Yoga - Monthly Pranayama sessions Sundays 1 per month 10:30am - 12pm Pranayama - breathing techniques for stress, anxiety and quieting the mind. A process, its basic rules for healthy living, balancing, offsetting stress and disease, identifying your Doshas through pulse examination and how to know when you are out of balance ..... a programme to put you back in balance...... guiding you into a safe daily practice. **These are currently on Zoom for 12th April, 10th May and 7th June 2020** Teacher Training @ Our World Yoga - ***ONLY TT students Saturday 30th May 2020 - Now on live zoom History of Yoga - looking at yoga‘s roots and how its journey spanned from ancient Samkyan philosophy through to its journey to the west and its relevance in todays society. Ashtanga - counted and led primary series 8-9:30am Pranayama - breathing techniques for stress, anxiety and quieting the mind. Ayurveda - 2 hour lecture 2:30-4:30pm Ayurveda for all - Workshop Saturday 29th August 2020 10:30am - 12:30pm Hosted by Our World Yoga - info@ourworldyoga.com Workshop on living in Balance with your Dosha A workshop to give you the basics on how The Ayurvedic system works, benefits of using it as part of your life and how to correct imbalances in each of the doshas... some good recipe tips and more..... Change your routine in a week - workshop Monday 27th July - Friday 31st July This is accessible to all and will run on Zoom. From the luxury of your home each morning we will go through a morning practice of Pranayama .... with additional instructions each day to do before you are logged on. This will involve things that enhance the practices!! 7am - 8:30am we will be doing our morning practices Optional afternoon sessions 3pm - 4pm Tips on how to add /enhance your daily life routines. 9pm - evening meditation and Nidra sessions. You will have me live each day morning and evening to begin and end each day feeling balanced and calm...... Cost for the remote live retreat £50.
