In this workshop Siobhan will:
- This course will cover the whole energetic method in how we can optimise
our health by balancing prana, the life-force energy using the ancient
science & wisdom of Yoga & Ayurveda.
It will offer specific tools to help manage stress & physical imbalances we
experience on a daily basis which result in lower immunity and dis-ease of
body, mind and soul.
Mental confusion, inability to function without stress, affects the flow of
prana. When prana gets agitated and it flows unevenly along the channels
or nadis. This uneven flow creates congestion & depletion causing a
disturbance in the metabolic process.
Indigestion, excessive appetite and improper functioning of the digestive
system turns into poison in the body giving rise to various physical
ailments.
Disease can be corrected when we get to know the destructive habits
& transform them into positive and healing ones developing healthy
routines that lead to balancing Prana.
Open to qualified teachers, it has a solution based focus, with the
corrections to nutrition and lifestyle according to your body type helping to
maintain balance of body and mind. When we are in balance & free from
toxins we can awaken and transform. A practical approach that provides
tangible and lasting results.

Spanning 3 sessions, each day combines theory which delivers a morning
lecture and afternoon practical session.

• Clinical Ayurveda – How Ayurveda undoes disease

• Pranic foods – The Three Gunas, The Art of Healing Eating. Food
as medicine for your individual Digestive habits.

Training Syllabus includes:
We begin with covering various aspects on prana, what our consciousness
is and yogic ideas around energetic alignment. Further, we dive deeper into
Ayurveda and look into more clinical aspects on Ayurveda like digestion,
the importance of breath for the nervous system, mind and spirit. And how
to understand imbalances and ways to help to sustain them and create a
better atmosphere both inside and outside of ourselves. Since the goal is to
live fuller, freer and with greater resilience.
• (Prana in Ayurveda, Pranayama and Yoga and relation between
• them)
• Prana in Ayurveda, Five subdoshas or transformative energy in the
bodies of Vata, Pitta and Kapha.
• How to do a simple effective Ayurvedic detox, and restore
harmony.
Herbs for everyday living and for various common ailments
Learn Kriyas place in Ayurveda, oil baths and oil pulling
Fighting constipation the root of all disease
• How disease manifests in the tissues (Srotamsi = subtle body
• channels, dhatus, malas)
• Practice Ayurvedic asana and pranayama according to dosha
• Digestion and the Art of Eating (Agni, Ama)
• Pranayama in Ayurveda for each of the Doshas

Pranayama is a key element to making change from within fast ..... masters describe it as the greatest Tapas. It will enable you to harmonise whats going on inside your body and to create a much more favourable mental frame of mind and resilience to life's challenges. After 17 years with a master I know two things its not easy you need time and dedication and I also know for the results it is definitely worth it !!
