About me......
Teaching for me is a passion.
My name is Siobhan, and I aim to empower Yoga teachers worldwide with tuition in Pranayama, the breath and the fourth limb of Yoga.
Through my practice in Scotland, I have experienced Yoga far and wide in its various forms for over 25 years. I have also been teaching at Scotland's great Yoga Studios and lecturing on recognised teacher training courses such as Classical Yoga School Scotland.
I travel to India regularly for ongoing study working with scientists, doctors, and researchers at the top of their field. I graduated with three years of intensive research in this field and over 17 years with my breath master.
Conscious that my Yoga journey has allowed me to gather a set of skills almost unique to anyone in the UK, I am developing online workshops and training courses to empower yoga teachers in Pranayama and breath, which includes Hatha Yoga in its most therapeutic and undiluted context, guidance on scientific based ratios for use with Pranayama, organised structure to teaching Pranayama and a hugely important toolkit on how to access and create safe tools for extending the breath and improving others lives. I believe there is too much out there in diluted format and we are missing the essence of its real benefits and effects. Approach and feeling it is everything. Taking away the confusion and giving step by step stages that enhance any teachers delivery of this beautiful and empowering practice.
Through the courses, I am growing a community of like-minded people, providing a positive way to interact and share their experiences and knowledge. Do join me on my mission to empower Yoga teachers.
I am now also available for private consultations at NAMRATA
